Cake decorator — Kathua

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kathua, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
