Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a gas distribution network. We are looking for able to read isometric and site drawings; physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders. Day to day you will fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₹33,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
