Cook — Hamirpur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Hamirpur, State of Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
