Dogger wanted in Pune Division

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dogger in Pune Division, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. Day to day you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. We are looking for valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₹38,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
