Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 5+ years on the tools preferred.
