Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sabarkantha, State of Gujarat. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
