Kitchen cook wanted in Vizianagaram District

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹22,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
