Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Ballari, State of Karnataka. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Your main tasks: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
