We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Mandya, State of Karnataka. We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to work early-morning and night shifts. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
