Urgent requirement: aluminium and glass installer (State of Punjab)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, State of Punjab. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. Your main tasks: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris Ideal candidate: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Part-time with flexible hours.
