You should bring confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances; comfortable with GPS or laser machine control. The role involves: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
