Tandoor cook — Bhavnagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Bhavnagar, State of Gujarat. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should bring able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
