Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Una, State of Himachal Pradesh. You should bring able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings; able to grind, fit-up and tack independently; steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances. The role involves: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
