Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Alwar, State of Rajasthan. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
