Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Jamnagar, State of Gujarat. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideally you have food hygiene / HACCP certificate; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₹29,000 per month plus benefits.
