Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Odeda, Ogun State. You will work in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers.
