Now hiring: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Shimoga, State of Karnataka. What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents You will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush.
