Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Munger, State of Bihar. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
