Bread baker • Lohit District, State of Arunachal Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Lohit District, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a baker; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. Pay around ₹13,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
