Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should bring sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
