Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Thiruvarur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
