We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hoshiarpur, State of Punjab. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; basic cake decorating and piping skills; 2+ years' experience as a baker. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
