Canteen cook wanted in Solapur

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Solapur, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
