Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Haora, West Bengal. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
