Dishwashing attendant — Dhemaji

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Dhemaji, Assam. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time, day shift.
