Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
