Immediate opening: CNC programmer-operator (State of Tamil Nadu)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Salem, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
