Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Malerkotla, State of Punjab. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹27,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
