We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Bokaro, State of Jharkhand. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Your main tasks: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Six days a week, one day off.
