Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; basic cake decorating and piping skills.
