Bread and bun maker wanted in Cooch Behar District

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Cooch Behar District, West Bengal. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; accurate at weighing and following recipes.
