Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. We are looking for clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths. ₹110 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
