Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lohit District, State of Arunachal Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery We are looking for basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform.
