On a typical shift you will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters.
