Meat cutter wanted in Hisar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Hisar, State of Haryana. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
