Steward — Jamui

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Jamui, State of Bihar. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
