Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go We are looking for quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams; able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown; comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
