Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Banas Kantha, State of Gujarat. We are looking for physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
