Pressman — Phek

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pressman in Phek, State of Nagaland. Ideally you have comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment; able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine. The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹14,500 per month plus benefits. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
