Sand plant operator — Panipat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Panipat, State of Haryana. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch You should bring knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding; experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. ₹19,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
