Single needle operator — Tirupati

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Tirupati, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work on an export house sewing floor. On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 1+ years on the tools preferred.
