Carpenter wanted in Bastar

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a carpenter in Bastar, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. Ideally you have confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers; physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height. Day to day you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
