Oven operator — Pakur

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Pakur, State of Jharkhand. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred.
