Deboner — Koriya

Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Koriya, State of Chhattisgarh. You should bring food hygiene / HACCP certificate; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
