Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Chitradurga, State of Karnataka. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily You should bring able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels; valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence; safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
