Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Virudhunagar, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should bring willing to work shifts and overtime; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens.
