Kitchen steward — Rajsamand

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Rajsamand, State of Rajasthan. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹1,500 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
