Oven operator — Gopalganj

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Gopalganj, State of Bihar. You will work at a cake shop. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
