The role involves update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot.
