Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a banquet hall. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideally you have basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); able to stand on your feet for long shifts. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
